I met Sara and Andy well over a year ago now, to chat about their wedding and see if they would like me to capture it for them. You know when you meet someone and you just know you are going to get on so well? Well that! We must have sat for well over 3 hours chatting and getting to know each other and I have no doubt it would have been longer if we all didn’t have plans that afternoon!
From its ponies, dense shrubbery and rolling hills to the apples lying on the ground under the apple trees (we were clearly in a couple of ponies favourite spot) and incredible burnt out trees, the New Forest is a divine spot to shoot and that’s exactly where we headed for the afternoon. We were blessed with the most beautiful day and we were able to make the most of the afternoon sunlight which literally danced around us all day. Sara brought a few pieces that we could add to the shoot and we just wandered about having a laugh and finding amazing places to sit, chat and create. It was such a gorgeous afternoon, I’d head back there again in a heart beat!
Sara and Andy’s wedding is my first UK wedding when I get home and I honestly cannot wait. I cannot wait to see this gorgeous pair be married and have the day they have been planning so beautifully for so long… see you in May you two!
