Cornwall Elopement | Nessa & Russ

Imagine.

Loading up your car, prepping your snacks, selecting your road trip tunes. Finding the end of the world on your map and marking it, setting off and driving straight for it on an epic road trip that you will remember forever. Stopping off along the way for amazing food, cream teas and beautiful views. Then, at the end of the journey standing with your love and saying ‘I do’ with the sun on your backs and the sound of seagulls in the sky.

That is exactly what Nessa and Russ did when they ran away to Cornwall to get married.

It was Nessa and Russ who introduced me to BoHo Cornwall, the beautiful location for their elopement and for that I am so eternally grateful! Nessa and Russ, thank you a million times over! xx

Laura Babb - Just beautiful, Debs.

Charis Warrell - Wow Debs! These are so beautiful. Such tangible emotion captured in every shot. A stunner of a day too!Love the harbour shots so much. The tones are gorgeous xx

Curradine Barns Wedding | Cat & James

Ahhh, the loveliest James and Cat! I have been so looking to share their gorgeous Curradine Barns wedding with you. I first met Cat and James in London when they were early on in their planning stages when they took a little road trip. We met over coffees and we chatted and talked and I adored them immediately. I was so thrilled when they asked me to photograph their day, I couldn’t wait to be able to capture the cute looks these two often share. I was so taken by how much they clearly adored one another and could not wait to capture it with my camera. I got lucky and had two chances to photograph them as, on a weekend break to Cornwall, we met in the lovely St Ives to photograph their e-shoot. Wandering around one of the loveliest towns and discovering a shared love of cake!

Their day started as every gorgeous, summertime wedding should, warm and a little cloudy with glorious bursts of sunshine. While James got ready in a nearby hotel, Cat and her girls got ready in the lovely Curradine Barns accommodation. The girls were all smiles and as guests started to arrive and the noise of their gathering drifted through into the dressing room, the excitement escalated.

What followed was a beautiful, heartfelt and humorous ceremony, tears of happiness, plenty of hugs and so much laughter. The day was perfect and Cat and Jame’s effortless style oozed through their wedding in all the beautiful details. It was just wonderful. Some of my favourite speeches and utterly delicious food! A day that was so relaxed and beautiful and so filled with lovely, special moments. Cat and James, it was such an honour to be there with you both. xx

It is with huge thanks to the lovely Yolande de Vries who came along to help me shoot this gorgeous couples wedding. Yolande joined James in the morning for his groom prep and was awesome  fun to hang out with for a couple days!

PAUL STEPHENSON - Goodness…finally…a truly talented, fantastical fresh wedding photographer. I have been art director to the publishing industry and photographer for many years…and sometimes, a little ray of sunshine pokes its beautiful head out of all the drab dreariness and mundane average photographers. Not this lady…she rocks! Want her to work with us pretty please.
